"I am very happy that Leticia was recommended to us by our Estate Agent. We would not have known where to look. Leticia is a consummate professional. Having found a house that we wanted to buy whilst on holiday in Spain, with our return to England booked two days away, we met with Leticia who arranged a visit to the Notary on that day to sign the Power of Attorney so that she could act on our behalf. It turned out that ours was not a straight forward purchase and the legal paperwork in Registry and Catastro were neither matching nor correct. She arranged for the paperwork to be updated, even having to help the Seller's solicitor to get their work completed. The process was longer than usual and she kept us updated throughout. No question was too small and was answered efficiently. Following completion, utility bills were put into our names and Direct Debits arranged with our bank.
