Leticia Moreno-Torres Camy

Solicitor/ Barrister 

Leticia is an English speaking Spanish solicitor. She studied Law in Granada University and obtained her Law Degree in 1992 with the highest certificates. 

After some years devoted to getting extra and deeper knowledge of Private Law, she handled the ‘legal practise course’ and was admitted to the Granada Bar in 1997 (member 4290 - https://www.abogacia.es/servicios-abogacia/censo-de-letrados/). She was focused on Civil Law litigation until 2002, when she moved from Granada to Vera. 

Ever since, and having been admitted to The Almeria Bar in 2003 –member number 2756-, she has been providing legal advice and assistance to English speaking clients living and/or investing in this area of Spain. She specializes in Private Law and renders services regarding mainly conveyancing, property legalization, rentals, fiscal representation, residency, lasting powers of attorney, wills and estates and Inheritance Tax planning. 

 OUR TEAM

The team is formed by Alicia Serrano Sáez, graduated in Law from the University of Almería, and Irina Amantes Gallardo, Superior Technician in Administration and Finance. They will be your first contact in our firm.

They carry out a wide range of administrative work within a law office, reception and accountancy, supporting Leticia in the daily tasks.
